The Falcon SC81A is a medium-duty surface closer designed for light- to medium-duty interior and exterior applications. Ideal for side doors, closets and bathrooms in schools, retail shops, restaurants and small office buildings, this closer solves the challenge of controlling door swing while maintaining ADA compliance and operational reliability.
The SC81A features a non-handed design for flexible installation on left- or right-swinging doors, adjustable spring sizes (1-6), and tri-mount capability (hinge side, top jamb, or parallel arm). Built with a 1-1/4 inch heat-treated steel piston and single-piece aluminum body tested to ANSI/BHMA A156.4 Grade 1, it includes a 10-year warranty. Contact E.D.
