The Schlage 09-451 OMEN trim pack is a replacement or upgrade component for Schlage L9000 series cylindrical locks. It replaces the exterior escutcheon and lever assembly, ideal for facility managers and locksmiths refreshing hardware finishes or updating lock appearance without replacing the entire mechanism.
