The Securitron M82B is a 1800 lbs holding force electromagnetic lock designed for high-security applications including prisons, detention facilities, and large gates. Its patented instant release circuit eliminates residual magnetism, while automatic dual voltage and magnetic bond sensing operate without field adjustment. Fully sealed electronics resist tampering and weather.
The M82B surface mounts easily with steel machine screws and architectural brushed stainless steel finish. It includes 10 feet of jacketed cable, integrated door position switch, and universal 1/2" female to 3/4" male conduit fitting. Hardware accessories configure any opening type.
