Description
The Falcon T511BD is an extra heavy-duty Grade 1 cylindrical lock engineered for high-traffic institutional and commercial doors. This durable lock exceeds ANSI/BHMA Grade 1 testing standards, featuring a compression spring design and brass or steel construction with zinc plating for rust resistance. It solves security and durability challenges in demanding environments.
Standard for 1-3/4" to 2-1/8" door thickness with 2-3/4" backset; thin-door and extended-backset options are available. The removable cylinder design enables quick rekeying without disassembly. Cylinders come drilled with 6-pin chambers (pinned in 5, upgradable to 6 or 7 pin at no cost), and interchangeable core designs are offered for SFIC and large-format systems.
