The Falcon T581PD is an extra heavy-duty Grade 1 cylindrical lock engineered for high-traffic and heavy-abuse institutional applications. Built with a compression spring that exceeds ANSI/BHMA Grade 1 testing requirements, this lock combines solid construction with easy maintenance, making it ideal for schools, hospitals, and government buildings where durability and reliability are non-negotiable.
The T581PD accepts any manufacturer's cylinder and features removable cylinders for quick re-keying without door modification. Standard 1-3/4" to 2-1/8" door thickness and 2-3/4" backset; thin door adapters and alternate backsets available.
