The Yale 3000 Series UNI3501 is a heavy-duty surface-mounted door closer designed for commercial and institutional applications requiring reliable, adjustable closing performance. Its cast aluminum body, rack and pinion mechanism, and tri-packed mounting options (regular arm, top jamb, parallel arm) make it suitable for nearly any door type and application challenge.
This non-handed closer accommodates spring sizes 1 through 6 for customized closing speeds and features separate adjustment valves for latch, sweep, and backcheck intensity. Compatible with standard 2-1/8" projection covers.
