The Norton 7500 Series is a heavy-duty surface-mounted door closer designed for interior and exterior applications demanding reliability and performance. Built with a cast aluminum body and rack-and-pinion mechanism, it handles over 25 million cycles and features independent latch, sweep, and backcheck valves for precise control. Non-handed design works on either door swing.
This closer projects just 2-3/16 inches from the door surface and adjusts to spring sizes 1-6. All external components use aluminum, brass, or stainless steel with stainless fasteners for superior corrosion resistance and stable performance from -40°F to extreme heat.
