The Sargent 80 Series WD8606F is a rim-mounted exit device engineered for high-security applications in commercial and institutional buildings. Designed for metal doors 1-3/4" minimum thickness, this Grade 1 panic hardware exceeds ANSI/BHMA standards and features modular construction with minimal moving parts for reliable, maintenance-free operation across the building's life cycle.
This LHR (left-hand reverse) model fits doors 24-32" wide using the E rail configuration, with device centerline at 41" from finished floor. Compatible with 650 top and 606 bottom strikes, it supports optional delayed egress, alarmed exit, electric latch retraction and photoluminescent coatings for specialized applications. Contact E.D.
