The Sargent WD8640F is a Grade 1 exit device designed for metal doors in high-traffic commercial and institutional buildings. This rim-mounted panic bar provides durable, maintenance-free security with modular construction, few moving parts, and proven reliability that meets or exceeds ANSI/BHMA standards for cycle strength and performance.
Compatible with 1-3/4" minimum thickness metal doors, this device features a standard 41" centerline mounting height and uses the E rail for 24-32" door widths. The 32D finish is satin stainless steel.
