The Sargent 80 Series WD8643G is a heavy-duty exit device designed for metal doors requiring Grade 1 security and durability. Ideal for commercial buildings, schools, and facilities with high-traffic egress requirements, this rim-mounted device exceeds ANSI/BHMA standards and offers maintenance-free operation with modular construction and minimal moving parts.
This left-hand reverse (LHR) model fits doors 24 to 32 inches wide and mounts at 41 inches from finished floor. Compatible with 650 top and 606 bottom strikes, it supports optional features including delayed egress, alarmed exit, and electric latch retraction.
