Description
The Sargent 80 Series WD8646J is a rim exit device designed for metal doors requiring durable, Grade 1 security. Built with modular construction and minimal moving parts, it delivers maintenance-free operation and unsurpassed reliability across institutional, commercial and industrial facilities. The J-rail configuration fits 37" to 42" door widths with no cutting required at 42".
This RHR (right-hand reverse) unit includes 650 top and 606 bottom strikes rated for panic and fire-rated doors. Compatible with metal doors 1 3/4" to 2 1/4" thick, 120" maximum height, with standard hex-key dogging and optional electric features including delayed egress, alarmed exit, and photoluminescent coating.
