The Sargent 80 Series WD8673E is a heavy-duty exit device engineered for facilities demanding commercial-grade security and reliability. Designed for metal doors 1 3/4" to 2 1/4" thick, it exceeds ANSI/BHMA Grade 1 standards for cycle and strength. Ideal for schools, offices, hospitals and public buildings, this rim-mounted device provides maintenance-free operation with modular construction and minimal moving parts.
This left-hand reverse (LHR) model includes 24V electric capability, 32D strike compatibility, and a standard E-rail sized for 24" to 32" doors (factory-cut to your width). Available electric options include alarm, beacon, photoluminescent coating, touchpad, latch monitoring, and delayed egress.
