The Sargent 80 Series WD8673F-12V is a Grade 1 rim exit device engineered for metal doors requiring maximum durability and security. Ideal for commercial facilities, schools, and institutional buildings, it delivers maintenance-free operation with modular construction and few moving parts, exceeding ANSI/BHMA cycle and strength standards.
This right-hand reverse (RHR) device fits 1-3/4" minimum thickness metal doors with 4-1/2" minimum stile width. Compatible with 650 top and 606 bottom strikes for panic and fire-rated applications. Electric options include alarm, beacon, photoluminescent coating, touchpad, latch monitoring, and delayed egress.
