The Securitron XDT-12 is a modular exit delay timer designed for fail-safe access control environments with varying security needs. Ideal for healthcare facilities monitoring patient movement and retail locations preventing theft, this timer lets you configure exit delays digitally via DIP switches to meet BOCA code requirements including the 30-second relock function.
The XDT-12 works with entry control systems, door monitoring, and authorized immediate exit protocols. Three 5-amp SPDT relays enable interface with external switches and time clocks to disable delayed exit when not needed. E.D.
