The Rixson 117-1/2 is an offset hung pivot set designed for interior and exterior doors up to 650 lbs. This heavy-duty hardware solves the problem of supporting large, heavy doors while maintaining smooth operation and professional appearance. The 3/4-inch offset positions the pivot away from the door face for optimal load distribution and clearance.
Installation requires mortising the bottom pivot into the floor; the standard top pivot (180-degree model included) mounts at the top of the frame. Maximum door width is 4 feet.
