The Rixson 117-1/2 RH 626 is an offset hung pivot set designed for heavy interior and exterior doors up to 650 lbs. It features a standard top pivot with 180-degree swing capability and a mortised bottom pivot, making it ideal for applications requiring durability and smooth operation on doors up to 4 feet wide.
This right-hand set includes a 3/4-inch offset measured from the pivot centerline to the door face.
