The Rixson 117 LTP is an offset hung pivot designed for interior doors up to 300 pounds. This left-handed unit features a mortised bottom pivot and 3/4-inch offset from the pivot centerline to the door face, allowing full 180-degree swing. Ideal for applications requiring heavy-duty pivot hardware without a top pivot.
This pivot is handed (left hand configuration) and requires intermediate and top pivot components for complete installation, sold separately. Compatible with doors up to 3 feet 6 inches wide.
