Built for high-traffic commercial facilities, this left-hand reverse model meets ANSI/BHMA standards and delivers durable, maintenance-free egress hardware with modular construction and few moving parts.
The 12-NB8706F fits E-rail doors 24 to 32 inches wide with no cutting required for 32-inch openings; 4.5-inch minimum stile with trim is recommended. Compatible with standard door prep and available with options for delayed egress, alarms, and electric latch retraction.
