The Sargent 80 Series exit device is a Grade 1 panic bar designed for commercial metal doors requiring durable, code-compliant egress hardware. Built for facilities prioritizing security and reliability, this rim-mounted device easily exceeds ANSI/BHMA standards while offering modular construction with minimal maintenance needs.
This left-hand reverse (LHR) device fits 1-3/4" minimum metal doors with a 4-1/2" minimum stile width and mounts 41" from finished floor. Available rail sizes accommodate door widths from 24" to 48". Optional electric features include alarm, beacon, photoluminescent coating, touchpad, latch monitoring, and delayed egress.
