The Sargent 80 Series rim exit device is engineered for commercial facilities demanding durable, Grade 1 security hardware built to outlast the building itself. This single-point latching device works on wood or metal doors 1-3/4" thick and supports both single and double-door applications with mullions, delivering quiet operation and reliable panic egress in high-traffic environments.
Available in four rail options (E, F, J, G) to fit door widths from 24" to 48", the 80 Series exceeds ANSI/BHMA Grade 1 requirements with modular construction and minimal moving parts.
