The Sargent 80 Series exit device is a Grade 1 panic hardware solution designed for metal doors in commercial and institutional facilities requiring durable, maintenance-free security. This rim-mounted device features modular construction with few moving parts, exceeding ANSI/BHMA Grade 1 cycle and strength requirements for long-term reliability.
Compatible with metal doors 1.75 inches minimum thickness and 4.5 inches minimum stile width. The J rail accommodates 37 to 42 inch door widths and factory cuts to size.
