The Sargent 80 Series exit device is a heavy-duty panic hardware solution for metal doors in commercial and institutional buildings. Designed for facilities requiring Grade 1 security and durability, this rim-mounted device features modular construction with minimal moving parts, delivering maintenance-free operation and compliance with ANSI/BHMA Grade 1 strength and cycle requirements across its building lifetime.
This left-hand reverse (LHR) model fits metal doors 1 3/4 inches minimum thickness with 4 1/2 inch minimum stile width. The J-rail configuration accommodates doors 37 to 42 inches wide, factory-cut to size.
