The Sargent 80 Series exit device is a heavy-duty panic bar designed for metal doors in commercial and institutional buildings. Built to exceed ANSI/BHMA Grade 1 requirements, it delivers reliable egress control with minimal maintenance. This rim-mounted configuration suits standard door widths and offers modular construction with optional features including delayed egress, alarm integration, and electric latch retraction for specialized applications.
Compatible with 1-3/4" to 2-1/4" thick metal doors, this device includes a 650 top strike and 606 bottom strike (panic and fire-rated). Rail size and door height must be specified at order.
