Description

The Sargent 80 Series WD8646E is a rim-mounted exit device engineered for metal doors requiring ANSI/BHMA Grade 1 security and durability. Ideal for commercial facilities, schools, and high-traffic environments, this device combines modular construction with minimal moving parts to deliver maintenance-free operation and reliable emergency egress control throughout the building lifecycle.

This left-hand reverse (LHR) model fits 1-3/4" minimum metal door thickness and includes a 32D E-rail pre-cut for 24-32" door widths. The 650 top and 606 bottom strikes support both panic and fire-rated applications. Customize with optional delayed egress, alarm, monitoring, or electric latch retraction features.
