The LCN 1460-3077 STAT is a Grade 1 commercial door closer arm designed for versatility across institutional and commercial applications. It solves the challenge of controlling door swing speed and closing force with a cast iron body, adjustable spring strength (sizes 1-6), and all-weather fluid. This non-handed, fully reversible closer suits both interior doors up to 5'0" and exterior doors up to 4'0".
The 1460-3077 mounts on the hinge side, top jamb, or parallel arm configuration for right or left swinging doors, with independent adjustment valves for backcheck, closing, and latching speeds.
