The Sargent 80 Series exit device is a heavy-duty panic bar for wood or metal doors requiring durable, Grade 1 security. Ideal for commercial buildings, hospitals, schools and high-traffic facilities, it combines modular construction with minimal moving parts to deliver maintenance-free operation and reliable emergency egress control throughout the building's lifetime.
This model fits 1-3/4" thick doors with 4-1/2" minimum stiles and accommodates door widths from 24" to 48" depending on rail selection (E, F, J, or G). Options include delayed egress, alarmed, and electric latch retraction functions.
