The Sargent 80 Series exit device is a heavy-duty panic bar built for metal doors requiring Grade 1 security and durability. Ideal for commercial facilities, hospitals, schools and high-traffic buildings, this rim-mounted device provides reliable emergency egress while exceeding ANSI/BHMA standards. Its modular construction minimizes maintenance and offers customizable options including delayed egress, alarm functionality and electric latch retraction.
This unit fits metal doors 1.75 inches minimum thickness with 4.5-inch minimum stile width. Choose your rail size based on door width: E-Rail (24-32 inches), F-Rail (33-36 inches), J-Rail (37-42 inches), or G-Rail (43-48 inches). Factory cutting available upon request.
