The Sargent 80 Series exit device is a heavy-duty panic hardware solution designed for facilities requiring Grade 1 security and durability. Built with modular construction and minimal moving parts, it exceeds ANSI/BHMA Grade 1 cycle and strength requirements, making it ideal for metal doors in commercial buildings, schools, and high-traffic environments where maintenance-free operation and lasting performance are essential.
This LHR (left-hand reverse) model fits metal doors 1.75 inches minimum thickness with 4.5-inch minimum stile width. Available rail sizes (E, F, J, G) accommodate door widths from 24 to 48 inches and are factory-cut to order. Includes 650 top and 606 bottom strikes rated for panic and fire applications.
