The Sargent 80 Series exit device is a heavy-duty panic bar designed for metal doors requiring Grade 1 security and durability. Ideal for commercial buildings, schools, and facilities with high-traffic egress requirements, this rim-mounted device exceeds ANSI/BHMA standards and offers modular construction with minimal maintenance needs for reliable emergency exit control.
This RHR (right-hand reverse) model fits 1-3/4" minimum metal doors with a 4-1/2" stile width and features standard hex-key dogging. Multiple rail sizes (E, F, J, G) accommodate door widths from 24" to 48". Electric options including alarm, photoluminescent coating, and remote latch retraction are available.
