The Sargent 80 Series exit device is a Grade 1 rated panic bar designed for metal doors in commercial and institutional buildings. It delivers exceptional durability and security while meeting ANSI/BHMA standards. With modular construction, minimal moving parts, and maintenance-free operation, this RHR (right-hand reverse) model suits any facility requiring reliable emergency egress hardware.
This device fits metal doors 1.75 inches minimum thickness and mounts at 41 inches from finished floor (38 inches for schools). Rails are factory-cut to your door width: E-Rail for 24-32 inch doors, F-Rail for 33-36 inches, J-Rail for 37-42 inches, or G-Rail for 43-48 inches. Strike options include 650 top and 606 bottom.
