The Sargent 80 Series exit device is a Grade 1 panic hardware solution engineered for commercial metal doors requiring robust, code-compliant egress. Ideal for high-traffic facilities, it delivers maintenance-free operation with modular construction and few moving parts, exceeding ANSI/BHMA standards for cycle and strength across rim, mortise, and rod configurations.
This model fits 1-3/4" minimum thickness doors and comes with 650 top and 606 bottom strikes (panic and fire-rated). Available rail sizes (E, F, J, G) accommodate door widths from 24" to 48".
