The Sargent 6500 Series is a standard-duty key-in-lever cylindrical lock engineered to meet ANSI A156.2 Series 4000 Grade 2 requirements. Ideal for interior and exterior doors in commercial and institutional settings, it provides reliable keyed access control while solving the need for durable, code-compliant hardware on standard door thicknesses.
This lock accommodates doors 1-3/8" to 1-3/4" thick with a 2-3/4" backset (2-3/8" optional).
