The Sargent 281-O10 TB EN is a heavy-duty cast iron surface door closer engineered for interior and exterior commercial applications. Built to ANSI/BHMA Grade 1 standards, it solves the need for reliable, code-compliant door control on fire-rated and standard openings while meeting ADA requirements and Buy America Act compliance.
This closer fits standard, top jamb, parallel and track mounting, with adjustable spring power (sizes 1-6, factory-set to size 3) and retrofits existing Sargent 250 and 1250 series installations.
