The Sargent 6500 Series is a standard duty key-in-lever lock that exceeds ANSI A156.2 Grade 2 requirements. Designed for commercial and institutional doors, it combines universal hand operation with durable wrought brass and stainless steel construction. Ideal for facilities seeking reliable, cost-effective access control on 1-3/8" to 1-3/4" thick doors.
This lock fits ANSI A115.2 prepared openings with a 4-1/2" minimum stile and features a 6-pin brass cylinder, 1/2" throw latch, and choice of strike styles (600 Curved Lip standard).
