Description
The Sargent 2870-7G05 LP is a key-in-lever lock built for standard-duty commercial use in public buildings, medical offices, hotels, and government facilities. It exceeds ANSI/BHMA A156.2 standards for cycling and durability, delivering reliable performance on interior and exterior doors in high-traffic environments.
This lock accommodates 1-3/4" standard doors (1-3/8" optional) with a 2-3/4" backset (2-3/8" optional). Front plates are wrought brass or stainless steel; strikes include curved lip and full lip options. Install per ANSI A115.2 prep (160 prep available).
