The Folger Adam 310 Series is a 3-hour UL 10C fire-rated electric strike built for extreme heavy-duty and high-abuse applications. Its all-stainless steel construction resists corrosion and delivers static strength of 1,500 lbs and dynamic strength of 70 ft-lbs, making it ideal for industrial facilities, secure entries, and fire-rated door systems requiring burglary-resistant, Grade 1 construction.
This fail-secure LCBMA model (latchbolt and locking cam monitor with auxiliary switch) is non-handed and operates at 24VDC with 0.25A continuous duty.
