The Folger Adam 310 Series is a heavy-duty, 3-hour fire-rated electric strike built for extreme applications where standard strikes fail. Constructed entirely of stainless steel, it resists corrosion and abuse while delivering 1,500 lbs. static strength and 70 ft-lbs. dynamic strength. Ideal for high-traffic commercial, institutional, and industrial doors requiring both security and fire compliance.
This unit is UL 10C fire-rated for single and double doors (fail secure), UL 1034 burglary-resistant listed, and complies with NYC building codes, NFPA-252, and ASTM-E152 standards.
