The Folger Adam 310 Series is a heavy-duty, 3-hour UL 10C fire-rated electric strike built for extreme applications where standard strikes fail. Its all-stainless steel construction resists corrosion and abuse in high-security environments, institutional facilities, and commercial buildings requiring fire-rated door assemblies and burglary resistance.
This fail-secure strike suits single and double doors and is non-handed for flexible installation. It features a latchbolt and locking cam monitor with auxiliary switch (LCBMA), horizontally adjustable keeper, and plug-in connector.
