The Folger Adam 310 Series is a heavy-duty, 3-hour fire-rated electric strike built for extreme industrial applications. Constructed entirely of stainless steel, it resists corrosion and abuse in high-security environments. UL 10C and UL 1034 certified with Grade 1 ANSI/BHMA listing, this fail-secure strike handles 1,500 lbs. static strength and 70 ft-lbs. dynamic strength for maximum reliability.
The 12D 630 model operates at 12VDC continuous duty and features integrated shims for faceplate thickness adjustment, in-frame horizontal adjustability, and a wide 1-3/4" faceplate for installation flexibility.
