The Folger Adam 310-2 is a 3-hour UL 10C fire-rated electric strike built for extreme heavy-duty applications. Constructed entirely of stainless steel, it resists corrosion and abuse where standard strikes fail. Ideal for high-security entrances, fire-rated doors, and institutional facilities requiring industrial-grade performance and compliance with NYC building codes.
This non-handed, fail-secure strike features latchbolt and locking cam monitoring with an auxiliary switch (LCBMA).
