Description
The Folger Adam 310 Series is a heavy-duty, 3-hour fire-rated electric strike built for extreme applications where standard strikes fail. Constructed entirely of stainless steel, it delivers 1,500 lbs. static strength and 70 ft-lbs. dynamic strength, making it ideal for high-abuse commercial and industrial installations requiring UL 10C and burglary resistance.
This model is UL 1034 burglary-resistant listed and NFPA-252 fire-door conformant with fail-secure operation. It features integrated shims for faceplate thickness adjustment (1/2" to 3/4"), in-frame horizontal adjustability, and a non-handed design.
