The Folger Adam 310-2 3/4 is a heavy-duty, 3-hour fire-rated electric strike built for extreme applications where standard strikes fail. Constructed entirely of stainless steel, it resists corrosion and abuse in high-security and industrial environments, ideal for facilities requiring UL 10C fire certification and burglary resistance.
This fail-secure strike works with single and double fire doors and meets NFPA-252, ASTM-E152, and NYC building codes. It features a 1/2 inch keeper depth, horizontally adjustable keeper for frame misalignment, and non-handed installation.
