Description
The Folger Adam 310 Series 310-2 612 is a heavy-duty, 3-hour fire-rated electric strike built for extreme applications where standard strikes fail. Its all-stainless steel construction resists corrosion and abuse, making it ideal for high-traffic commercial, industrial, and institutional facilities requiring UL 10C fire rating, UL 1034 burglary resistance, and NYC compliance.
This fail-secure strike fits standard single and double doors with 1/2" keeper depth and features a horizontally adjustable keeper for frame misalignment. It operates at 12VDC or 24VDC, is non-handed for flexible installation, and carries a five-year limited warranty. Contact an E.D.
