The Folger Adam 310 Series is a heavy-duty, 3-hour UL 10C fire-rated electric strike built entirely of stainless steel for extreme abuse environments where standard strikes fail. Ideal for high-security industrial, commercial, and institutional applications requiring fail-secure operation, burglary resistance, and proven durability in demanding conditions.
Compatible with single and double fire doors, UL 1034 burglary-resistant certified, and ANSI/BHMA Grade 1 rated.
