Description
The Folger Adam 310 Series is a heavy-duty, 3-hour fire-rated electric strike built for extreme applications where standard strikes fail. Its all-stainless steel construction resists corrosion and abuse, making it ideal for high-traffic commercial, industrial, and institutional doors requiring UL 10C fire rating and burglary resistance (UL 1034).
The 310 is compatible with single and double doors in fail-secure or fail-safe configurations, with a horizontally adjustable keeper to accommodate frame misalignment. It meets UL 294, ANSI/BHMA Grade 1, NYC Building Code, and fire door standards (NFPA-252, ASTM-E152, CAN4-S104).
