The Folger Adam 310 Series is a heavy-duty, 3-hour fire-rated electric strike built for extreme applications in industrial and high-abuse environments. Constructed entirely of stainless steel, it resists corrosion and withstands repeated impact. Ideal for secure entry doors where fire rating and burglary resistance are critical requirements.
Compatible with standard hollow metal and wood frames via integrated shim adjustment (1/2" to 3/4"). Operates at 12VDC or 24VDC with fail-secure operation as standard.
