The LCN 4031-H is a cast iron universal surface door closer engineered for moderate-traffic commercial and institutional doors. This non-sized closer (adjustable 1-4) solves the problem of unreliable self-closing performance, meeting ADA requirements while accommodating doors up to 36" wide on exterior applications and 48" on interior doors.
The 4031-H mounts on the hinge side or top jamb with parallel arm configuration, compatible with right or left swinging doors. Ships with forged regular arm, metal cover, and fasteners.
