The LCN 4031-HEDA is a cast iron universal door closer engineered for moderate traffic environments. Ideal for commercial facilities, offices, and multi-tenant buildings, this heavy-duty closer ensures reliable self-closing performance while meeting ADA accessibility requirements. It solves the common problem of doors failing to close securely and consistently.
This closer fits exterior doors up to 36 inches and interior doors up to 48 inches, and mounts on the hinge side, top jamb, or with parallel arm installation on right or left swinging doors.
