The LCN 4040XP-HEDA is a heavy-duty surface-mounted door closer engineered for institutional and high-traffic facilities. It features a reinforced pinion with 3/4" journal diameter, 5/8" bearing width, and V-shield seals for 20% longer life. This non-handed closer delivers 44% increased bearing load capacity and all-weather performance in demanding applications.
This right-hand model installs on hinge-side, top jamb, or parallel arm configurations for interior doors up to 5'0" and exterior doors up to 4'0". UL and cUL listed, grade one certified to ANSI A156.4, it meets ADA requirements.
