Description
The LCN 4040SE-78 AL is a heavy-duty, non-handed door closer and holder designed for fire and smoke barrier doors. It provides single-point hold-open functionality, releasing automatically upon current interruption to close the door safely. Ideal for commercial and institutional facilities requiring code-compliant, accessible door control on interior doors up to 4'0".
This closer works on either push or pull side, fits right or left-hand doors, and features adjustable hold-open force.
